I know that you are not selling, are your shares included in KLAW97's count? If not, we have owned almost the entire float. Some of my friends also own several thousand shares. I know that he is not selling. Interesting.

To all I don't want to offend anyone and please remember I am a new investor so I could very well be wrong in my assessment on Alya. Bottom line. I sold all my shares!!!! The service that I use will not tell me until tomorrow how many insider sales were this week but I would be willing to bet a coke that there were several this week. I got tired of good news and as soon as it came out "insider sales". I don't know what the currrent float is but I'll bet it is much more than 1.5 million. There have been almost 600,000 sold by insiders recently. And that is without one single share purchased by insiders. Also they seem to be very vage on the issue of how they got he capital from the sale of the U.S. and Canadian market share. I am not clear on this but it was enough to get out with a 40% profit. Also I have put all of my money in another stock and out of respect to this thread I will not say which one. I wish all of you the very best of luck and if the conditions change I will be back in. I think there is plenty of time to do so, as you can see the stock does not go very fast. Best wishes Lamar
