Jim - I wouldn't count the CDMA eggs until they hatch. The primary problem is that both Nokia and Motorola have developed (or tried to develop) their own products, and both had big problems. First they were late, and then they were buggy. Motorola eventually gave up (about 1 year after the initial planned release date.). Hopefully the tests with the VLSI product go smoothly.

BTW - Why do you say that VLSI's product is superior to DSP's? And what about a technical comparison of Qualcomm's product vs VLSI?

Clark

PS Just a side note. The only CDMAOne type phones that Ericsson is building (via a recently purchased subsidiary) are for Globalstar. Ericsson hasn't obtained a license from Qualcomm for normal (i.e. PCS) CDMAOne.

Hi Jim, That's great news! Thanks for the details, too. I managed to buy a bit more at $15 this AM. What's interesting is that at this price I still have a profit of about 100%! Is that why some folks suggest long term investing??

At this point my Cash Reserve is essentially "fully deployed!" Hope the bottom is near!

Best regards, and thanks for all the help along the way,
Tom
