Marc you should know that I received a message today from someone that called up the offices at the number given in the header. They asked for Christensen and was told he stepped out. When asked who the President was, the response was Jack Uselton. When asked what Christensen was - click. Good IR they do there at MTEI.

I talked to their VP of Operations. Hell these guys don't even know Christensen. I know Jack does but he wasn't there. It is very possible that this web site references the name change but not the change in officers. The guy I talked to said that as far as he knew they only asked Nevada and SEC to change name - he said he didn't even know if that was done yet. Also christensen is not listed at the address cited in the website on operator information but is at a different address. The number given by information is (713) 622-6930. The guy I talked to had also never heard of Lindsay. I really think what we are seeing is all the original filling information on ICVI combined with the name change to MTEI. After speaking w/ the company, I am at ease. I understand your concern though and your apprehension. Eric

Marc, Also If you go to that website and search on International Casino Cruises, you get a "no such company" message which confirms that we are seeing the renamed listing for ICVI as MTEI. The officer names have not been changed is all. Eric

Marc, I don't think you're quite understanding it yet. Not to say that I understand it either, but so far, it all makes perfect sense to me. Of course ICVI had to be used as a shell for Mountain Energy. ICVI was listed. Mountain Energy was not. Or....probably a more accurate description is that the shell that was Mountain Energy wanted to become public....so they used ICVI in order to do that. In other words, there had to have been a reverse merger in order for it to work. And that's exactly what they did...a reverse merger. I'm no lawyer, but from where I sit, and from what I understand about corporations, it was totally legit. Brilliant too! (At least in my opinion, it was). Juanita
