Boy, have you got a lot to learn.
RMIL 14,755,831 O/S, of that 2,776,101 shares are free trading. Guess you better learn to investigate things a little better. The O/S and free trading share information comes from the TA and other sources.
Note that if the RMCW merger does not occur on or before July 31, 1998 then the O/S will shrink by about 7 to 10 million shares (LESS).

What deposition are you referring? No, I am my own attorney in this matter.

I guess those nays and short shills complaining to the SEC about RMIL are about to backfire on them. Guess you better get those records back in order, as the SEC may be coming again!

You'd have been better off demanding that the company publicly certify its total o/s shares through an SEC filing.

See the problem is Riley, that you have no idea exactly how many shares are out there since this company hasn't had an audited financial in years.

And you say the TA says blah.. blah... about how many share are out there.

But I ask you why the company hasn't come out and stated it in a legally binding format.. namely an official SEC filing??

For that matter, why haven't they announced the disruption of the RMCW merger talks?

BTW, when is your deposition?? Have you sent them your financial and trading records yet?? Have you hired a lawyer to advise you??

Was I wrong when I warned you what may happen one day??

Nope.. But you had to learn that lesson for yourself, didn't ya?

Regards,

Ron
