Hmmmmmmm so pakin pakin bring home the bacon seems to think all is in order as he hear truth from great leader. hahahaha remember this guy famous cartoon, he love homer and bart. Keep brains turned on and excitement in background until it time to party. Brains say we have private company wanting to go public, well then what next? can you spell NASDAQ hmmmmm did I spell that right?? You smart guy joe bacon, you know rules of SEC for companies to get on nasdaq, one rule is 5 day $3.00 rule. Guess what 5 or 10 to 1 does for company? not get share value to $3.00 Now at .04 and 100 to 1 hmmmmmmm Awe, but what does Shadow know? hahahahaha he know a lot. Now how does company raise $$$$$ cash dollars, dinero??? hmmmmm well if some share be protected from reverse then they can be sold for lots of dollars. Maybe this all good idea, maybe not, but shareholders will not get chance to vote on this in shadow opinion. All voting will be done by majority of board members, otherwise shareholder want meeting and voting opportunity, forget it, this cost big dollars, shadow was peaking in company wallet and sorry to say it only have cobwebs. But shadow doesn't know anything, and this probably true, just don't be so quick to jump on wagon with band playing.
