Glad I'm out of this whacky stock! I think the DR should be sued!

Shadow, it does not look like many shareholders are buying anything. The stock price is less than it was before the news was posted and released.

I think rescinding the AMCI MOU would be the honorable thing to do. Clearly the results Tom expected from the merger have not been achieved and are not significant enough to justify the original deal. If Tom is agreeing to this then it further supports his image to most of us as being sympathetic to shareholders.

You are right that 10-1 reverse won't cut it at these prices. But I feel like there are many unanswered questions that if we had more information might help raise us high enough to make a 10-1 work for Nasdaq listing.

Clearly nothing will help if the morons that keep ripping their own investments keep posting to prove their ignorance of the market. The funny part is that they love to ask why the price goes down after they do it.

Hopefully we will see Tom come out again soon and fill in many details. Until then the flippers and the morons will keep taking turns making the stock price seasick.

Bruce

Does anyone know who the board consists of now? If as Tom said, the AMCI/TMM deal did not go through, how is Tom involed in TMM at this point? Is he just an employee?
