well, if nothing else, shadow admits that he/she doesnt know
everything...smartest thing i have heard yet <g>
as for the math, let me put in my two cents worth <g>
if, for the sake of argument, we have a combined company with what
we have been told it is, then we can expect a better stock price,
and 30cents isnt unreasonable...or even 60cents...we still dont
know what we have, but apparently ECC knows...now, i am not sure
if ECC first priority is a listing, but under Tmm unbrella the
stock can be traded over the counter, right ?? the impression i
got was a 1-100 was out of the question, period...we shall see,
wont we ! whatever the case, we are along for the ride !!

Sorry, Bruce, name calling doesn't hide the fact that the company has no clothes.

Do you feel comfortable talking nicey-nice when you know it's not the truth? Somebody has got to keep those trying to manipulate a public shell through bogus news releases from boinking the stock price based on empty news releases. As I've said before, I've got to live with myself and for me it's intellectually dishonest to pretend that everything is ok when it isn't. Folks use this board as part of their DD and they need to evaluate the TRUTH about this company and its history, a sad history indeed.

Bruce, you said "

I think rescinding the AMCI MOU would be the honorable
thing to do. "

Wasn't it more than an MOU?
