Probability: 1 in 200 Prediction: Zechariah 11:13 Fulfillment: Matthew 27:5-7 10. Be silent before His accusers probability: 1 in 100 Prediction: Isaiah 53:7 Fulfillment: Matthew 27:12-14 11. Be crucified with thieves probability: 1 in 100 Prediction: Isaiah 53:12 Fulfillment: Matthew 27:38 (This last prediction of the Messiah being crucified was predicted 100's of years before the Romans even invented execution by crucifixion.) The combined probability (or chance) of one man fulfilling 11 of these detailed prophecies is equal to: 1 in 10 to the 19th power, that's 1 chance in 10,000,000,000,000,000,000. And remember, Jesus fulfilled over 200 of these prophecies. Since God is the only one that knows the future, He has demonstrated that His Word (the Bible) is reliable and trustworthy through these prophecies and that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came down to earth to die for all of our sins. I question men who claim that the Bible is the inerrant word of God.>> If you question the word of a man with integrity you have questioned him What I believe is the correct. question is the interpretation of men of the Word of God. IMO the Bible is a light that reveals the condition of a mans heart. If that heart is good they will produce good fruit from it if it is bad they will use it to support THEIR evil desires. In the end all will be brought forth and revealed but for now we have to live with it. The Holocaust is the ultimate example of the word of God twisted and used to further a cause as far from God's will as possible. <<Realize, however, that I question... I do not condemn in any harsh way.>> I have never seen a critical attitude in you toward people only God in an indirect way. If you say part of the Bible is incorrect then you are essentialy say He is lying or does not have the authority to control His word and revelation of Himself to His creation. I will follow up with reports on the University mathematicians that this has come from. This is a real thing and the men in these reports are not Christian most are heavy duty Rabbis in Israel. I have no concern in posting this for I have read and studied the material closely and like I said I will pass the info on.
