Ron, I am not clear about Riley's plan, is he saying that all shareholders should now deposit their certs in a DLJ account ? Wouldn't DLJ then be able to "lend" the shares to shorters?

I am doing this for all shareholders and DLJ Direct has nothing to do with this shareholder action.

All longs in street and IRA form MUST do a DTC account transfer to a new account to FORCE actions.

Interesting concept Riley... It could actually work, and it certainly would shake any shorts up.

But I have to ask.. How much is DLJ paying you for the extra clients you would be bringing in?? <VBG>
