Do you happen to know who are their main competitors and/or how does their technology stack up. It is an interesting $1 1/4 gamble. John Still not in but considering it.

Searched under Hoover for recent Apertus filings and found this interesting piece(no major surprises). edgar-online.com Did seem interesting that the directors(I think) reexercised the management stock option on 4/97 to around $1.25 from previous much higher levels. They can only start selling the at 6/30/98. I guess they will get a new name no matter what since it seems they also sold the name when they sold the company's Internet Division in 1997., John
