Although insider buys were welcome at any time, there is a pronounced lack of stepping up to the plate in relation to their sales this past September. Lotan Noam sold 100,000 9/18/97 bought 5,000 5/29/98 Margalit Sholomo sold 200,000 9/18/97 bought 10,000 5/29/98 Ravnoy Neev sold 200,000 9/18/97 bought 10,000 5/29/98 When you take out $3.575 million and put back $116,000 as in the case of Noam, or take out $7.15 million and put back $233,000 as with Sholomo and Neev it doesn't seem like much of a vote of confidence. I don't begrudge them taking out the money, I just wish they would show a little more enthusiasm and put some of it back to work.
