Ravi and others: A QUICK UPDATE ON ISDN..my thoughts only

I had a "clear-the-air" frank conversation with Mr. Roth yesterday. I really am confident that I was wrong in my assessment and slight criticism of him. He and his people ARE much more aggressive than I thought. I had no idea how many meetings and discussions they are having with, and about, all sorts of things, that could dramatically affect your outlook positively on ISDN.

I am purposely being vague because, as I told Mr. Roth, I (and we on SI) cannot be/should not be a type of "PR firm" for them.

This company is "no hype". Unfortunately that seems to be what some people want on SI....a quick hype job, stock run-up, make a quickie profit, and get out.

I am sick of it!

Instant gratification, get rich BS

Integrity is gone... or largely so., IMO.

So... I am going more and more long term with my picks all the time....that said, what about ISDN?

WHY IS THE STOCK PRICE TRENDING DOWN, some ask me?
IMO, it is mostly lack of exposure. I have said this before. Not lack of sizzle or potential, but lack of shareholders willing to wait for the story to mature.

Aside: Because it has some bearing on ISDN.
I can't believe the potential of another company with incredible technology, Rhombic Corp. (NUKE)

NUKE has 3 technologies...one of which could make them the next Intel some say (as crazy as that sounds). They apparently have a Diamond wafer computer chip technology that would make the silicon wafer used in every computer on the planet obsolete! Their chip is 100's of times faster in processing information, great at reducing heat build-up, and cost effective, too.

The stock could be huge and the other technologies (the lesser ones) are being licensed by Daimler Benz (Mercedes). You need a physics degree to understand the story here, but WOW!

So what's my point? They have a compelling, really complicated story here, and they finally hired the Market Pulse Newsletter team out of NY, who, besides publishing an outstanding magazine, also makes dozens of calls to brokers and major stockholders every day, to bring exposure. The stock is now at least trading at a more resonable value to it's potential and has doubled in the last couple months. I believe it is poised to go to the next level...based totally on future promise and potential. Is that hyping? I don't believe so, as a stock like NUKE or ISDN with such excellent potential should deserve a higher stock price, while the technology matures and reaches it's full potential

Maybe ISDN could do something similar and that has been my mian focus lately. I really admire them for NOT creating hype and fully agree that it is a fine line.

OTHER QUESTIONS YOU GUYS ASK ME?

Did Tmex's "pump and dump" hurt the stock?
You bet... he set unrealistic expectations without doing any DD on the company. Daytraders got in at 1.50-$2.10 per share and when TMEX dumped, they either sold or held for a while hoping it would go back up on some huge news story, and when it became obvious that the story here was a longer term play, they got impatient and slowly sold until "here we are".

The MM's love it, because they have picked up cheap shares for the future slow and steady rise to what I hope will be the $4-5 level again.

THE MORAL:
Listen, I really do hope they can figure out a way to give every shareholder and potential one, a way to understand their story. If they can, without hurting the future sizzle of PR's, I think many of you would buy more and hold.

I know there are other opportunities for other quick, "get rich" stocks. But, really, if you play that game, will you really win? Even once in 10 times?

Ravi, the OEN site is the first potential big application of their CD quality technology over the Web. When will it start to attract attention? Well, certainly, a major write-up in IBD or one of the many newsletter would help. Even if it were paid advertising, many firms do this.

Maybe when their first concert is ready would be a great time.
I am sure they have great plans to market the OEN site at the proper time.

My thoughts on investing here....
I think we all drive ourselves crazy if we set out timeframe of expectations too high.... the best I can do is find great potential companies..... I believe I have, but put this one in your LONG basket and forget about micro-managing it.

Feel free to make suggestions to the Company. If they are intelligent and reasonable and well thought out, they listen....and that is a plus.

Just my opinion only....no precictions of any kind,
DAVE
