I found this paragraph particularly interesting. We will encourage the creation of housing co-operatives through fiscal incentives, and promote private land developers by providing incentives and by removing obstacles such as the prohibitively high cost of getting B.E.L. to provide lighting to a private land development. We will make available affordable and long-term credit facilities for low and middle-income earners to build homes so that when they are given a housing lot they are able to realize their dream of owning a home. We will identify and secure adequate and low interest mortgage funding for housing construction. Looks like there is a great deal of political pressure to get adequate housing developed for their country. This could be very good for PRWT.
