Please do us a favor and tell us what sources
you're looking at to get your opinions.

1) How do you know COMS is facing margin erosion
in NICs?

2) How do you know that high end sales is losing business
to ASND and CSCO?

>>AOL and other RBOCs are awarding new contracts to ASND in remote access.<<

So?? and COMS is not getting any contracts?

Please give us a few references so we can hang our hats
on it.

When I'm looking to buy 3 coms and since you mentioned it CS as well...I'm not buying them here based on this qtr or even next qtr. I'm looking 18 months out or longer. Buying ASND at 24 was at a time when bears were growling, and shorts were looking for sub-20. It is no different now with 3Coms or CS for that matter...They both have long-term value as ASND did. I think these guys can earn 13 cents this time, which I realize isn't wonderful...but it is already in the stock. If they earn .17 or better this time, the stock short-term should bounce back to 28-30. IMHO.
