Roger, I agree that my link's view probably leans more toward UDP, but as was said, we need to look at all views and the political lanscape on the ground to determine if our investments (and the plans of PRWT) are workable/feasible. More digging is needed.

If we can get a real good feeling that the first round of mortgages will go through without a hitch, leading to more of the same, then the only way to go is to accumulate more shares.
