perhaps that was more than dayton wanted or could
afford to do

what became of the 30Million shares received by Frontier for
its assets --and what was this value of this stock at the
time of the exchange.

why did Frontier sell its assets (sierra la plata)
rather than attempt to develop it themselves for
presumably a greater profit...
