Do these companies issue annual reports? The Nevada corporations site doesn't make this clear. Florida--which has a database other states should envy and emulate (you can even download entire documents)--states whether there's a report or not. In the case of most small companies there isn't. When one exists, it's referenced. It's entirely possible that Christensen and Lindsay no longer have any connection with either EDII or MTEI. But it'd be interesting to know for sure. And unfortunately I wasn't able to come up with anything at all about MFRC. I suppose someone could call the ubiquitous Joe Gort and ask some questions, but since I live in Italy it isn't gonna be me. A sort of unusual corporate iter, though...
