Paul,
Why do you suppose the press is not covering the MSFT and INTC cases from the angel that was suggested by these books?

Are their any good reporters out there reading this?

I'll try to pick up "OVERDRIVE" real soon.
Jules

Paul: Off-topic

Re: To be blunt, everyone associated with that case - lawyers, lawyers, politicians - Senators, Congessmen, Congesswomen, lawyers, etc. - was a pack of wolves trying to carry out the wishes of their own particular financial pocket-stuffers.

Your words also perfectly describe the current tobacco fiasco, IMO. Heard on the news last night that the Senate shot down a bill to cap the anti-tobacco lawyers' fees at $1000-$2000/hour instead of the $90,000/hour they're getting now! I'm not a smoker, but the government's greed on this issue (and the MSFT and INTC cases) makes me sick. I'm proud that my Senator (John Ashcroft of Missouri) is one of the few that has the guts to stand up and say that the tobacco legislation is not good for America.
