If this is true then where is this info about a new CUSIP being needed coming from? From the company SEC attorney who has made appication for the CUSIP. They have to do the split regardless of Dan Fisher or not. Since it appears they have more A out than registered. A new registration is required. Also since there is stop transfers they probably going to cancel all those illegal shares and replace the CUSIP ... Was that old info from Fisher to justify the stall or what? Nope from the compnay SEC attorney trying to clean up the mess .. That what I was told but they have to do the split. If they change out all the legal shares and do not change the CUSIP then what is to stop another UH oh from happening on any certificates that were issued illegally or not valid if they had the same CUSIP number.
