I don't question this company, just its stock structure.

I think this deal was brought public by an outfit out of Vancouver. Are there any Canadian sharks involved with this company in any way? I'm not saying that they are bad guys at all, just know how they are paid.

Are any major shareholders listed as corporations in the Bahamas?

Reverse shell deals are done as capital vehicles for companies in need. The group that helps a company public by way of this method has lots and lots of stock (their pay and it's usually millions of shares), in fact, they "feed" the float with "their" stock with the help of a PR/IR firm to "get it trading" and walk with millions of bucks. A great job if you can get it.

Like I said, it's not the company I question...but when you wonder where stock is coming from, remember this: ZERO COST BASIS and PLENTY OF SHARES and another deal on your desk, why not. SELL SELL SELL. When they are gone for good it will trade normally, IMO

BTW, a friend of mine asked me to look at this stock and I see the same finger prints. NO THANKS. I already suffered through three of these "fellas" deals already, SYCR, MXMX, DASY. Singe singe singe.

God speed to all and may many upticks be in your future.
