>>> I mean, you don't know nearly as much about CCSI as many here do<<<

I don't think many here know what they think they do about CCSI. You can get plenty of "facts" about how well snake oil works from a snake oil salesman. I know enough about the company to say that it's way overvalued considering the risks involved, and that the odds are in my favor concerning the short. I guess the facts I presented concerning CCSI to Nick were on Roger's thread. His response was to ignore them in their entirety, and demand "facts", so I quit.

Some people have questioned my resolve as it pertains to CCSI. Let me make this perfectly clear.

1. I firmly believe we will have a deal with someone, and when the deal is announced we will get a chance to figure out how important and profitable this product can be.

2. Not that anyone is looking past "the deal", but this will be the 2nd step to other, and even more profitable markets in the future.

3. I will be here after asensio is gone, and so will be our short friends, as they will have nothing left to bash, but they will no matter what.

4.Nothing has changed, nothing has changed, we were derailed for a week in damage control. A lot of good people got hurt badly, and cannot recover, but some new names are showing up and will help in a long and successful battle.

Wade, just for accuracy's sake (not that I care one way or the other), Asensio was not "convicted" (which refers to a criminal case not a civil case), but rather he was hit with a default judgment in a civil case (meaning he forgot to respond). See Janybird's post:

Message 4850120

And Diana went further, he says, digging up a quarter-million-dollar judgment that an ex-client had gotten against him in Florida in 1989. The judgment against Mr. Asensio was by default, meaning that the plaintiff, Norman E. Murphy, won because Mr. Asensio failed to respond. Mr. Asensio says that he was not responsible for the client's problems, thought his former employer had settled, and that he was never served with legal papers in the case. He is currently trying to have the judgment overturned, said his lawyer, Stephen A. Agus. Mr. Murphy's lawyer did not return telephone calls.
