Hmmm... It is no coincidence that GaBard doesn't like Alya's World Vision. Why? Well, World Vision was sued by MDCE. GaBard self admits that he owns stock in MDCE as disclosed when he started the MDCE thread back in 1997. Probably some lingering hard feelings left in the ol' pocketbook. LesX

Well Doc that CEO did not have a lawsuit on him either and not only that but no one can find a case number now eitther only complains. World Visons has case number galore. But it does seem passing strange that you showed up here all of a sudden to tout your doubts when an MM is trying to short the stock down and a well known SI guru has backed away from the company because he doesn't like its IR firm. That is a crock MMs short anything that trades and so does the shorters of the world. No one has ever caught a shorter in a trap it is used to tout a falling stock to try and get more buying. This same SI guru has made hundreds of posts trying to explain to the world why it should not be concerned that the C.E.O. of his pet company got indicted for stock fraud* and fled the country.* One the company did not get inicted for anything and I do expect a retraction to that false statement. No one has been indicted yet by anyone. If you would do your DD you would know what you were talking about. I hope he is right, because I still have shares in that company. Further, I seem to remember that the same guru or persons then aligned with him was involved in a war a couple of months ago with another guru over which of two unrelated companies, one of which was and is a client of World Vision, really owned a film library, which now has disappeared, along with the other company, which the guru's party was backing. You and I will fight over this if you really think you want to push me on this world vision reason for my dislike. I can go get all the posts on the other GURU's thread as you call it if you really want me too. if you want me to throw the World Vision case numbers and all out again I will be happy to. Dan Fisher has two complains and he made an opinion and no case numbers have been asigned and NO INDICTMENTS either against anyone. Now there may well be some against Dan and I hope there are. Now I told you ALYA is fine company when you were trying to sell me to back you on it. I told you then and I will tell you now NO ONE influences me I believe in the DD ... I did agree to email out the stuff you sent to me and that is all. I will not support and IR firm that has suits against it with actual case numbers. Dan Fisher has done something no one expected and there are no case numbers against him. Let me tell you one thing right now... 1.) I am NO GURU 2.) I slammed Dan the second he started telling shareholders a bunch of crap 3.) I am the one that turned him in to the SEC attorney and the company because of my constant pestering them for updates. 4.) As soon as I got the compnay aware stop transfers hit. Now if you are seer or something and can predict what a human being is going to do then by all means perdict away. I suggest you do some DD on World Vision before you come at me cause I will loaded this board UP with case numbers of lawsuits concerning World Vision as I did TMex if you really want to pursue this. Also I told you I would not say a word but you want to start this then let the shareholders know what the IR firm is like and WHY I do not like them. Also if we the shareholders in MIDL are snookered so is the Midland, the industry, EPA, Coastal, Conoco, Exxon, SGS, Glenco. etc. etc etc. Now I have stayed off this thread as I told you I would and I have not discussed this stock. Now you want to start his I grant you I have the DD on World Vision and all this shorting crap is exactly that. No MM in a short position has been caught the whole time I have been trading. Now one more time ... I think ALYA is a wonderful company and one of my favorites are NRPI but I will not go long because of the PR/IR behind it. They get stock and use those share to do what they have to do to make money. You do what you got to do and I will resond as need be. You want forthright I will give you forthright. GB
