In principle I agree. There is a difference between the level of proof needed to legally convict a person and the level at which common sense says he's "guilty". The OJ case is a classic example of this proposition. I must say however, that I was a Nixon supporter in the early days of Watergate until the mass of evidence overwhelmed my conviction. I haven't given up on all the Clintonistas as yet. We'll see what happens when Starr's speaking indictment gets laid out. If it is damning to Clinton and supported by facts and they continue to defend Clinton perfidy, that's a different story. JLA
