Actually, I live in the U.S. Some of my patents are held in an offshore company, which conveys certain jurisdictional advantages in enforcing them. Strange as it may seem, I've never been to the Caymans, so I don't really know anyone there. I am an individual investor in ALYA, with no connections to the company whatsoever. My shares in ALYA are held in a U.S. account, with Fidelity as it happens. Between myself and members of my family, we own 30,000. Mine are at an average price of $1.16. Although I came in rather late, I have done extensive DD on the company, and have a firm belief in its future.
