I thought the odds favored a sharp move one way or the other after the bond close. It happened to be a move to run the shorts. It could easily have been the other way around.

To me, this is a bearish pattern....a pattern that lends false security to the buy the dip cause. A rally off a break such as Friday's only postpones the selloff and should make it more severe once it occurs.

When will it occur? I don't know. But the psychology for the buy the dip side is now further re-inforced, making the likely decline even more radical....just my thoughts on the matter.

EDIT Another E-Wave point of view, I do not know how it applies to Dave Plonk.
