WFR had its IPO in 1995 at $24 a share. Surely a bid for the company (Unlikely) would have to be above that number. All the officers have options at strike prices in the mid 20's, so they would presumably want a higher price so their options are in the money. Remember the group of officers that bought something like 300,000 shares in the open market last year at about $22-$24? I think they feel our pain.

Zeev.....since you brought up FERO. What is your take on their "trials and tribulations..." Do you believe that they will abandon the puller market, as hcm suggests? Thanks in advance!
