By the way, China recently started to use a RPV for weather research. It is very small and each mission only last a few hours. But it is a RVP. It's take off and landing are remote controlled, and the rest part of the mission is auto-piloted. I guess Howard should have looked for China for help, he probably would have got the RVP and autopilot software done for a lot cheaper. yongzhi
