Reality Check

30 Million in profit??

Earnings of .10 per share?

I guess that means 300M shares.

How many more shares will be issued to finance growth?

Sales projections of $1B?

Biotechs trading at between 30x to 70x earnings? (thats not because the price is high, its because earning are low).

No other of these thousands of companies will have any breakthroughs and competing products?

How diversified are ADVR's other product offerings??(what other offerings?)

But in this market news rules, so I suppose anything could happen, even $7 per share (temporarily).

Did anyone catch the RXtv show on Friday about INFERGEN how it has been tested in Miami. The said that INFERGEN has basically taken the (HEP C)and made it disappear.

Why have we not seen this type of testing results published about RETICULOSE. Why I ask again?

Jake hows everything in your part of the world. Kinda odd action this morning at the open. The price moved up to .30 at the ask for no apparent reason. Then it came back down again to Fridays levels. Looks to me like the MMs are trying to make it appear to be dropping when in reality nothing at all has occured. Doesn't look like they shook too many out of the tree yet. They sure as hell aren't going to shake me out.

My opinion of the Argentina trials are that the HPV trials are completed or very near completion. The HIV trials have four months to go before completion. The free sales certificate will be issued by this time next month. DCT will place an order by the 25th of this month.

I base these opinions on the facts, dates and dollars issued in the SEC reports over the past two years. I am guessing that the time it would take to put together and complete a phase 3 study for HPV would take about four months from the issuance of the phase 3 IND. The news release for that was March 31st, 98. I would think that it was actually issued several weeks before that news release. How long would a topical study take with around 300 people? It couldn't be conducted in one clinic, could it? Would they distribute Reticulose to several clinics over a large geographic area? This would all take time but the topical application of R would take maybe 30 days at most (guess). Start up, patients, distribution another six weeks. The gathering of results another six weeks. Four months total. Am I cutting this too close or does this schedule seem plausable?

Anyway, the bottom line is: A lot of good things are very close to happening. I like the 25th of this month for the fireworks to start. The foruth of July starts early this year.

Good luck to all, Dan
