Who's to stop the deal being sealed AFTER Oct 1st??? If LU offers a $50 share deal to be nailed then, you can bet, House would have a hard time convincing shareholders not to wait.

At the least, could make things very interesting especially if NT shares start falling.

My only point is NT is doing it without Pooling and so LU should be able to do it.

Everyone should relax a little. I would think in the next few days, after the spin doctors get their chance, NT/BAY will trade up from here. My guess is the deal will go off at 34-36 when it closes. But this is just a guess.
