Ditto there...I sold at .22 after watching the free-fall. When ever it settles I'll consider buying back in. If they intend to use stock to pay all their bills, I may not buy back in, have to see. .16 now and falling :(((

The listing of shares was in a several page summary called "Consolidated Financial Statements" dated January 31, 1998 and 1997. It came as part of the package of investor information sent out by the company's publicist, Rubenstein Investor Relations.
