David, I have had lengthy conversations with John over the last couple of weeks. Initially when I purchased PRWT on their first merger announcement; I was going to sell into the run up and move on. After talking to John, listening to him on his expertise in the Real Estate Industry and the plans that they are bringing together to make PRWT a viable company; I knew then we had something special... I have spoken to John on almost a daily basis since then and if there is any time I have ever felt comfortable with my investment decision, it is now.... Over the next couple of months you will be able to get a much better understanding exactly what PRWT is all about. Once you have spoken to John, you will also realize he is truly dedicated to making this venture happen and make happen the right way.. John is man on mission and he is very serious about being positive and forthcoming on the direction of PRWT.. John has told me, he will not issue a press release, just to issue a press release. That in itself speaks volumes of a man's integrity.. I apologize to anyone if this is perceived as hype; this is just my enthusiasm of something that I believe is as big as DGIV, INFE,ICVI, etc....
