The stock is being "drained" is what's going on. I show .13
bid .13 ask .135 Day high .23 day low .13

A ten cent spread between high and low on a quarter stock is really quite amazing ..

It's hard to tell where the bottom is at, but you'd think we'd just about be there :(((
