Looking at the surface numbers, the valuation of the property would support the Co at 160 Mil ($1 / sh) and (I believe I read earlier) that the loans would be backed (to coin a bond phrase) by the full faith and credit of the Belize Govt. Now on the surface a third world country posting that type of response wouldn't spark my interest at all. Belize however has been an up and coming newer attraction of tourists. Given that there is a strong interest in the country, this whole thing may play out very well for the investors. Glad to hear we're on the same wavelength. I'm a little hesitant to post very strong positive opinions on the thread for fear of having the pump-n-dump crowd join us.
