It is insider information if a CEO states that the stock will be trading at such and such a price after news is released on the company. But... in my opinion it is not insider information when he told the Gambler/ Beeb connection this information.... Why? Because Gordon realized it would be published on the thread!!! TSIG/CCI are very aware of the SI subscribers. Once Gordon decided to disclose this information to SI it became public knowledge (just my opinion). I would be interested in a brokers perspective on this? I'm still waiting for the bigger news of contracts for ad space and search engine deals, etc. Looking for the tangible deals to be announced...they could be huge... Stay tuned, Robert
