Actually, as I recall, I asked you to try to nail them down on the issue of how many shares are being sold off by folks that accepted them in payment. Just so that we can at least try to estimate how long this beating will last.

The floggings will continue until morale improves!

Luc -

Could you ask about any upcoming publicity (interviews, articles, appearances, etc.)

Thanks - Carolyn S.

I think they're out of town. You better check. I thought they were on the road in Chicago today. Mpls tmw...

By the way, as to shares being issued for the bear movie. It was done last September '97 @ $0.30 per share and hasnt been done since and won't be done again. This was done before financing. They're not going to dilute for addl product, they have received offers in excess of the $10 million they were seeking over the last 3 weeks for off-balance sheet production financing. The stock is over-reacting, and obviously what we've seen is the convergence of "buy on the rumor, sell on the news" activity, the equity financing for the bear movie talk, and as to today's activity, I heard there were significant "sell-outs" executed around 2 PM today. Stock that was purchased last week at higher levels that wasn't paid for on settlement date. That's what took it to 13 1/2. Sell-outs are executed at the market. The back office doesn't care about price. They debit the account.
