I believe National Discount Brokers allows you to use both decimals and fractions relevant to Penny Stocks. I am not sure about E-Trade.
I'll be transferring my account from AMERI-TRADE to either or. Ameritrade only allows BB trades by contacting the broker. $23 total for unlimited shares.BEST REGARDS

Yes, both have flat rates, BUT, and I dont know
anything about Etrade, there is no sur-charge per
share for pennies, you can trade pennies online, BB
and OTC, if you trade a stock 10 times in one day,
there is only one charge of 14.95 on the web not
10 * 14.95. Check it out at www.ndb.com
