Thanks VLAD, your a fighter Here are some comments I have on VVUS ~FDA will not come before end of second Q. Reason imo is big money does not want it to happen plain and simple. PFE would of had it approved long ago. ~last time I talked to Nina she said "new muse" was in phase III now I read its 2 years away? ~#8 does not jive with this www3.techstocks.com ~We need new mgt and a fu*king pr firm. ~Fourth Q is big folks, thats the Q that will tell us alot more IMO. The third Q will be crap IMO ~on the bright side there is still 15 million left in milestone payments(Nina) ~ Some 20 new country approvals by year end(Nina) Will see. Just felt like rambling.

Colby & VLAD - Thanks for your honest reporting. - Just got off the phone with Nina at Vivus. - I told her that I was the person who had the pro-vivus letter published in Barron's back in January or so. But she wasn't too impressed. - Anyway, Nina said not everything reportedly said by her is accurate. So I called up Colby & VLAD's posts & started asking the same questions. Her answers given to me -- and those attributed to her -- were identical. So gentlemen - thanks. - The only thing Nina said to me different was that in the next press release she would try & put every Vivus-approved country in there. - Gentlemen - thanks again for your work & accurate reporting. -

VLAD You have restated what I also heard from Nina. one of the questions I have is what does "all product produced is being sold" mean. Where are the samples we receive coming from? If Vivus is counting everything that goes out the door as sold then that is just accounting verbiage. How much of it going out is going to be paid for would be a better question. I wondered about that phrase before and I'm starting to get suspicious that it's not the answer we think it is to the question we asked. Confusing? Ed
