Lots of talk on the thread this weekend, I'll try to ask some of those
?'s at the AGM. The market is really bad right now, there is no
interest in anything, Asia problems, KRY, commodities, summer doldrums
it all adds up to one really crappy summer. Oh well, its the best
time to buy right. KRT should do just fine if she gets that financing
I wonder when they will do it?

Hello Miles - No I am talking about the KRT interest in the
FALC jv. Suppose KRT owns 1/3 interest right now and suppose
they owe to the jv $500,000.00 for their share of current
expense. How long do they have to pay their 1/3 share before
they suffer dilution if they can't pay. In other words how
soon do they have before their 1/3 third slips to a 1/4, etc..
This is the danger of a junior playing with majors, if they can't
come up with the cash they are not bought out they are knocked
out. I am worried that if they are delinquent for filing with
the VSE they might be delinquent with the jv.

over and out - aj
