I am really not to sure. The next release should outline the terms of who owes what, but it would be wise to call the company and ask that question. However, they should be asked at the AGM as it is just around the corner. I seem to remember that there are min. and max. time limits to come up with the money. KRT is working on a flowthrough as we speak. With the amount of money that the insiders have personally invested, I don't think they will let it get away. They do want to start drilling this summer so I assume that the money should be raised in the next 6 weeks or so.

This is a little off topic, but I have been watching the accumulation on this stock for the past 6mths or so. I don't think I have ever seen a penny stock under such heavy accumulation. Someone or a group of people are positioning, I think we can all agree that this is a good sign. The last I checked the accumulation index was close to 1.8mill shares. That far exceeds any other diamond play I compared it to. This doesn't prove anything for sure but it makes you wonder if someone knows more than the common shareholder?
