minus the profanity... great commentary and just what is going on..

I think alot of people will be looking back at current prices and
wondering why they didn't spend more time doing the DD so they could
properly evaluate whether or not to invest here...

obviously I am invested here... I've done enough DD for myself..

some of you may want to do more.. some less.. either way.. time is
NOW to do the DD... and then make your decision..

GET IN, GET MORE, or GET OUT.

Great Post Mitchell I couldnt have said that any better myself this is just the begining of something big . Whoever sold there shares the past few weeks will be sorry soon . The next few weeks should tell us witch direction we are headed and I believe that is up . Just be patient and we will all be rewarded in time ..

Well said--

I call it common sense 101--you must have gotten an "A" in that class.
Yesterday was just a bad day to release good news. If you don't trust the company you invested in--you should not have invested. There are reasons they did not give more detail--Mitchell names a few very good ones.

Mitchell, hello

I have 2 observations.
1. The press release which refers to an $18 MM line of credit does not say that this amount has been made available to EDII. It simply says that this is the limit, set by the bank, which is available to any single lendee. It is a meaningless fact which was salted into the press release to mislead, as it has done.

2. The land which is adjacent to Marvin Davis' mega (hype) discovery does NOT include any subsurface rights. These rights are divisible in this state, which is to say that they can be owned separately from the physical surface property. In this case, subsurface rights are owned by some other entity. Has anybody discovered who owns these rights? It is, after all, a matter of public record.

Please let me know if I'm reading that press release incorrectly.

Regards,

Aggie
