RAY: re the above market buy-in: It is an abuse of CNS (continuous net settlement), a part of the NSCC (Natl' Securities Clearing Corp.) which does what its title suggests-clear trades. TRAV was basically saying to anyone who was short"short my stock and I'll buy you in above market & pocket the difference" He did exactly that of Friday which is why I wrote:

Message 4843526

The result of the behind the scenes was

Message 4864642. Now there is one less market maker in the stock, not good for liquidity purposes.TRAV is testing the will of firms and regulatory bodies that have far more force in the market than he does.

It is this behavour that I suggest to you is that of a criminal (in my opinion). If the stock is what he says it is, he wouldn't worry about any of this. Example: anybody who shorted DELL or AOL for more than a month is essentially out of business, because the market cleaned their clocks, not some manipulative market maker.

RE your Q "Has anyone contacted the companies for which demonstrations have been made to see if they are concerned about patents? The only concern I have seen or heard about is on this thread."
One of our associates did call the Army TACOM office in Deetroit:

The response from them was the following story regarding AENG's involvement:

Murray was on the fringe all day long with the NASCAR guy (Smokey) and barged his way in at the end of the day. Essentially, Murray got 5 minutes of demo time at the end of the Smoky Yunick's hot rod demo day. The Army said, that's all very nice, now go away. That's why justcrawledoutfromunderarock.com revised it's press release a week back. Cause Murray didn't tell the truth. Tis a free country-pick up the phone and call TACOM's Chief of Staff, COL Pankey. Notice that Smokey Yunick's plaque as presented on AENG's website says nothing about the Murray radial engine:

"Chief of Staff. COL Pankey presented Smokey with a National
Automotive Center plaque that read as follows:

"Mr. Henry 'Smokey' Yunick is hereby recognized for outstanding lifetime
accomplishments in the field of automotive research and development. Your
'Outside of the box' achievements are an inspiration to all engineers and
scientists and your legacy is improved transportation for all. - Dennis
Wend, Director, National Automotive Center, April 29th, 1998"

7. Mr. Yunick's hot vapor engine presentation generated a lot of
discussion on Thursday, April 30th and many Army engineers stayed late to
ask Smokey about producability and adaptation to other engine designs.
Many light weight 'trick' race components (magnesium main bearing caps,
composite pushrods, ceramic lifters and cylinder liners) were passed around
the audience."

See anything about AENG's engine there? Ok some guys stayed late to ask some questions about other engines, but watch how careful they are being about saying anything regarding AENG. Wonder why? Must have something to do with fraud and how the US Army doesn't care to have it's name besmirched. That's why AENG changed its press release to say that the Army was "considering" further evaluation.

BTW, the cancelled test at the University of Wisconsin has been well chronicled in this thread as well. Not the most honest guys you've ever met are they. Perhaps it is kind to say that they stretch the truth a bit..
