Could drift lower if there is no news this week. There really isn't a lot of official information about what we are buying into. Of course, it could go significantly higher if impressive news is released.

I am having trouble understanding how this stock is worth 5 cents with 540,000,000 shares outstanding. If I am missing something I would appreciate reasons why I should buy in at this level.

So Pan American BanCorp and Purewater decide to merge. What does each bring to the table?

Pan American brings the huge potential to tap into the lucrative business of originating & servicing (foreign) government guaranteed mortgage loans. Good return, GUARANTEED, sounds good...

Purewater brings Pan American public, along with a "strategic alliance" with Visual Interactive Phone Concepts Inc's Videophone Mailbox Facility System (VIMF). (Anything else??) How much is VIMF worth to Pan American (I don't know)? EUTO could take Pan American public (via IPO) for maybe $750,000, but it would take longer. Does Pan American need to go public quickly?

We don't know the details of the merger yet!! For speculation sake, what share ownership of the newly merged company should go to Pan American & what share to Purewater stockholders based on what each brings to the table? If each were to get an EQUAL share of the company (which hardly seems reasonable), AND there is NO REVERSE SPLIT, then wouldn't another 540,000,000 shares need to be issued to compensate the owners of Pan American. Shouldn't the Lion's share of the company go to Pan American? Can this merger be completed without at least being a reverse merger?

Why does Pan American need Purewater? Why go public except to raise funds by issuing shares?

My limited experience with public shells is that the CURRENT shareholders can get burned in the process of building what looks like a very promising company. Is PRWT more than just a public shell? What am I missing here?

I haven't had time to do enough research yet. Is this stock's price moving simply because of huge volume (because there is a hell of a lot of stock out there) and the mob mentality?

Any insights welcome...
