Yes, that is correct. But the 5% fee is for loan origination so it will be necessary to originate additional mortgages each year.

BTW, not to sound like a basher, as I too am long here, but in light of the fact that no reverse split is to occur and the stock is presently at a nickel, why all the discussion about NASDAQ listing.

At the small cap requirement, we would be talking a market cap of approximately two billion dollars. Aren't we just a little ahead of ourselves gang?

now the EPS ratio is 58. Does this make sense???? Is the mortgage business often given an EPS of 58?
