Hayton has not spoken yet, yet you condemn him. Where is the logic of reason and fairness there?

NOTE TO READERS: I had some computer glitches. I was attempting to post some of the postings from the DRIP thread, but somehow the pasting reprinted my response to Jon Tara. For detailed info on what I'm talking about, please do visit the SI DRIP thread which was begun by Kevin Licthman, founder of Stock Detective. Sorry for the confusion.

>>>But Hayton and Zulu-Tek still have not or can not respond to the
allegations made by Wired and Stock Detective.<<<

Here we go again! If Hayton or Zulu have not responded, how then can you find sole merit to the accuser? You know, they used to hang and burn witches on such evidence and conditions that you're presenting here. How many witches would you have burned, thinking like this?

Actually, in a manner, they have responded. They've responded by hiring a quality of people who will lead the Zulu-tek company; they've responded by keeping the merger (speaking of logic, do you still deny the merger?) on track; they've responded with keeping the cost-cutting strategies in focus; and they've responded by relocating and consolidating the headquarters of both ESVS and Zulu.

And you think that both Hayton and Zulu have present time enough to draw in all of the complicated legal merits of what Wired and Stock Detective did against them. Given what Hayton and Zulu have been attempting to accomplish, I'd say the Wired and SD bashings, at the current moment, to them, amount to mosquito bites.

Now, once ESVS and Zulu have fully merged and everything is on track, how is it that you know that they will not then respond? You see, Jon, it's not up to you to pick the timing of their response. Personally, I wish they would have responded sooner. But, you see, it's not up to me either to dictate when or how to respond.

It wouldn't surprise me in the least that once the company's in-house management and direction is firmly set, that there will be a place for a response to Wired and Stock Detective. There is also the possibility that once all is said and done, that both Wired and Stock Detective will, themselves, feel a bit ridiculous for what they did.
It just pains me that innocent investors--myself included--got hurt in the process, and that process was begun by Wired and piggybacked by Stock Detective. I assure you, they'll be no awards in journalism for those articles.
