><>...Terrence, thanks for asking, I have been just great...><> I trust that you too have been doing fine. You wrote; But the science of ecology is rational and there is no harm in trying to save a species, especially if that species exhibits intelligence, such as porpoises and whales. Do you believe it is rational to murder unborn human beings? Do you believe it is rational to murder full term babies, as is advocated by the partial birth abortion clan ? A woman might have the right to choose to do as she sees fit with her own body, but she should not have the right to choose to murder the life growing inside of her. And a govt.(in a civilized society) has an obligation moral and legal,to protect and serve all human life. That is the only reason a govt. is set up in the first place. The govt., as a matter of fact, in every state in this country is legally obligated to intervene in the affairs of any of it's residents when the health/welfare of a minor is in question. Which means they can come right into your home,(without notice) and take any and or all of your children away from you if they even just suspect that the child is either being abused or neglected. And they define both those terms, not you. It is termed in the law as "A compelling interest" . We are supposed to appear to be the world's big brother when we go, (sometimes forcefully) into a foreign country and insist that their govt. abide by our human rights laws . So while our men are overseas minding somebody else's business, and preaching, "you must stop mistreating and harming your citizens" our govt. is overseeing one million or more legal murders a year of unborn infants. O So Rational! And tell me Terrence, what species of wild animal is more intelligent than human beings? Even those human beings who advocate the murder of unborn infants can be taught with a proper rehabilitation program. (And that is one educational program I would not mind paying for) Not to mention those who advocate partial birth abortions....well maybe they would have to go a bit longer through the learning process. That is why I choose to follow Christ and not mystics, they really screw up a person's mind. Have a good day Shalom...><>
