I've been doing a little bit of DD on the Eberle field and so far have come up with nothing. It is located in Brenham, Texas, which is about 1/2 way between Houston and Austin. I've checked with the Houston Geological Society, hgs.org as well as the West Texas GS, which was of no use because they concentrate on Permian Basin information. I also haven't found any information on Brenham Oil & Gas, Inc. I'm still digging....has anybody else found any leads.

I did come across one site that I found interesting when I was pursuing information about royalties/leasing...
leasemarketing.com
This site has some good background information that I found interesting and also discovered that there's an organization called the National Association of Royalty Owners . Unfortunately I was not able to access them as it's a pay for service. But thought if somebody had access to this organization we could access some of the records to this field....

I still think the press release was positive and am looking for some supportive, objective informatin to convince some of the naysayers.

PS....I did come across a lot of information on coalbed methane fields in WVA though.....
