Problems with understanding what's going on?
Maybe you are asking why this stock is moving so strangely? There was the dividend
anouncement recently, there are good fundamentals and there is a winner story behind
it. Nevertheless, the stock seems to be trapped and headed lower.
Besides the general weakness of small caps, there is simply no market for TGSK.
Everybody here is not more than a mosquito between the small number of
marketmakers. TGSK is not visible to a large number of investors or to the public.
How should a normal investor ever discover TGSK between several thousands of
stocks? The only chance are newsletters, discussion boards and recommendations.
Before this did not take place, fundamentals have little chance to cause any effect.
For a continous rise of the stock price, there is the need for an establishment of market
forces. These market forces in the moment are solely caused by the MM's. As long as
this is the case, the price can go everywhere, it could go up to 10$ or it can be driven
down even below 1$ again. Explanations for such a price movement can found
afterwards. I am owning stocks with a great story, trading at multiples of 5, with good
recommendations, with huge market caps, which are listed on the big stock exchanges,
but which are performing badly. Also these stocks are not apparent to the public.
What can you do? You have to wait! Maybe several years until a stock becomes
apparent to the public. Or, you have to play the game of the MM's.

As far as I understood the culture on this board I expect to be offended and insulted
because of this post again. Nevertheless you should think about it.

Regards Ralph

Should see some steady buying heading up to Friday, which is the deadline for the $0.10 dividend. At this point, we're looking at a 5.8% yield.

I think Colin is going to claw and scratch this stock up to $3+. He wants that Nasdaq listing.

Still looking for audited financials for prior years. From what I heard, there were three points on their financials that they needed to fix to appease the SEC auditors, after that they should gain their coveted "reporting company" status.
