Anyone notice ISLD will be paying for 'adding liquidity' and charging for 'removing liquidity'.
Also its not the orderflow that is an issue, it non-discriminatorily routing orders. ie. sometimes routing an order might actually get your a far better execution that not. ie...one bidder at 10, you have 2000 to go at 10...cant use SOES, ifyou go to bidder, might only take 1000, so you show the piece to some MM NOT on the bid, who has agreed tobe competitive...fyi.

They need to make the NASDAQ an open book like the NYSE BUT with the benefits of L2 display.
