If they allowed the deal to go thru, they would have been hindered in their legal pursuit of Dan Fisher and his affiliates. I think the keywords here are "AND HIS AFFILIATES". If MIDL owned Arcon, they would have been forced to sue their own company for damages, as Arcon would easily fall under the classification of "Dan's affiliates". It is really the best thing to do....shed the bad skin and move on with DF-144. Good Luck with your new position Gary. :-) Binder
