Exactly and people just do not understand that. I guess it is going to be a long day.

Most people are already at a loss. The stop transfers are being made permanent. SO someone is going to have to comply and the funds are locked up also. SO that is it and John has a lot to do also to get the deal done.

Can someone enlighten me as to who the affiliates of Mr. Fisher are? If it's not everyone in ArconEnergy who else could it be?
